i miss this show! i've watched this last year and i still can remember how this show made me laughed with tears and cried with buckets of tears! ^__^
for a short summary, this show is about Ashiya Mizuki, a girl who once lived in America but was compelled to study in Japan to look for her fallen athlete hero, Sano Izumi. it turned out that Ashiya was once saved by Sano in America from a gangster and was injured by it making him unfit for the sport competition. Ashiya heard about Sano stopping from his loved sports and she thought it was her fault so she decided to go to Japan to make Sano change his mind. but Sano is studying in an all-male school so Ashiya had to disguised herself as a boy to penetrate the school and be close to Sano. that's where her adventures and misadventures begin and how she discovered how guys think and how troublesome they are! ^__^;;
now for the main purpose of this blog, i just want to rant because this show i love is going to be dubbed and shown in our local tv! here in the Philippines! i was really aghast when i saw the commercial and heard Ashiya and Sano speaking in our own language! i was shocked. to the highest level. i screamed! i don't want other people to watch that show! i'm selfish. i'm selfish. i am really selfish! i want the show only for myself. ^__^;; and for the people who have watched it before me. LOL i don't want other people to like ikuta toma (nakutsu)! he is so adorable i want him for myself only. T.T and many people will see Yu Shirota's pretty face and they are gonna be drooling! its good that they will have more fans, but have you ever felt not wanting to share your idol to other fans? feeling bad because you're gonna have more competitors? i feel that way now. LOL but then, i guess it's better if a lot of people will know about Hanakimi because there will be lots more other people to talk to about it. share views with, reminisce and laugh and cry with, swoon and drool with. i guess it's better if i'm not the only one crazy about the show. ^__^
but i am also worried of the dubbing that they will make for the show. although there are only few to which they have made terrible dubbing that actually made me completely boycott the show. i just so wish that they are not going to make the same mistake again with my most favorite jdorama ever in the whole wide universe. ^__^
well, i still don't plan to watch it on tv and dubbed. i'd rather watch it again on my dvd and be truly happy with the original. ^__^

yep! I hear you! Ipapalabas pala sa Phil TV yung HanaKimi, que horror! hehehe...isa sa mga paborito kong drama last year (sobrang nakakatawa kasi)...wag naman sana nilang babuyin yung dubbing. waaah..favourite ko rin si Nakutsu (*drool*)...
i'm actually worried hitomi! i don't want anything to be messed up just because of poor dubbing! i just so love this show. if we're together we probably can full a bucket with our drool! haha!
I totally agree with you!! I hate it... I haven't seen the commercial, and I never want to see it, but just imagining the lame dubbing they're going to do makes me go yuck. They're going to ruin the whole show, plus I don't want to spread Toma's and Shirota's beauty.. haha I'm also selfish :D
about La Corda having a second season, I wasn't sure about that. Most people say that the anime isn't popular in Japan and they say second seasons happen when the series is a hit in Japan. But I'm still hoping that another season would come... because, like you said, it also left me hanging. :D
OMG you're a pinoy too?? i'm always happy to meet people with the same interest. nakatsu is sooo cute don't you think? i would like to see more of ikuta toma so if you know some good jdoramas there which he is in, tell me okay? ^__^
about la corda, i do wish too they'd make a second season. i still want to see shimizu! i just love that bishounen! he is so cute even when sleeping! maybe its too music oriented that's why its not that popular.

Well, Ikuta Toma's one of my favorite Japanese actors. Toma shows? Hmm... Maybe you've already seen these shows, but he is on Akihabara @ Deep, and probably the only one who makes that movie interesting. He also plays Yuta in Honey and Clover, but I stopped at the first episode because they've totally ruined Morita's character, I mean Toma should have played Morita, he fits the role better and Hagu, seriously she looks terrible when she smiles *sorry me ranting*, hmm... oh yeah, he's also in Azumi I'm just not sure if it's the first or the second, I don't know a lot of his shows, but he does have a lot of music videos and interviews, and a commercial for KFC, which I've only recently seen. My friend shared the link to me.

i haven't seen the anime honey and clover. though its on my list. i guess i'll just have to watch the live action so i won't be that disappointed. hehe.. i've watched azumi 1 and 2! i can't remember if ikuta toma was there! all i can remember is "sano". ^__^;;

I think Toma's not a part of the main cast, but I'm pretty sure I've seen a screenshot of him with oguri shun in Azumi 2, I just can't remember where I've seen, anyways I'll be checking it out, I could be hallucinating. :D

So it's airing n pala. I cannot imagine the crappy stuffs they'll be doing to the show. I'm glad I haven't seen it, but still I feel terrible kase I've seen their Bleach dubbed series once and it was HORRIBLE, and I hated the fact that they're planning to put their crappy dub on Hana Kimi, T.T
oh my gosh i know what you mean! i've watched a few episodes of bleach at GMA too and it really sucked. i hate the fact they used yasmin kurdi's voice as rukia's voice! that was so horrible!!! super! to the highest level! not only rukia's voice. some others too. as in grrrr talaga.
and they're doing another horrible thing to sano's voice. you should hear it if you wanna get pissed. ^__^;; i'd rather watch my dvd again.

I haven't seen it yet, but I've heard it's about Sano proposing to Mizuki... Me not sure :D I'll try to get more details about it, and hopefully I find a decent subbed version. :D
